At Imperfects we set out to craft products that last through your Human Experience. In the event that you do need to return your Imperfects order you may make an exchange or return your products for store credit.

For online orders, we offer exchanges for different sizes across the same product or returns for store credit based on the order value paid. We do not offer credit for the cost of original shipping label or shipping insurance, and are not responsible for return shipping cost. Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Products purchased during our Pre-Fall Event or Black Friday/Cyber Monday Event are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.

To make a return or exchange to Imperfects, the following conditions must be met:
  • All products must be eligible for return. To be eligible for return, all products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back in a prepaid package.
  • Please be mindful of our products and return them to us in a neatly folded state in the inner bag they were shipped in.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the intricacies of shipping and duties on international shipments, orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note:
  • Store credit will be issued within 5 business days from the return delivery date.
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 48 hours from the return delivery date.
  • Any unauthorized returns will be subjected to a $25 restocking fee taken from the total amount of the store credit issued. Please note Imperfects considers an unauthorized return any product that is sent without notice, is beyond the 14 day return window, or products that are no longer in new and unworn condition. Any unauthorized returns received by Imperfects will be returned to the Shipper.
  • We accept in-person returns and can accommodate exchanges at our flagship store in San Diego, CA. Visit us during operating hours and we'll take care of you.
Imperfects reserves the right to deny any store credit returns or exchange if it does not meet our Policy requirements. We ask that all customers utilize Imperfects' Returns Portal where you may ship the return to us via a traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for missing packages.
