Returns & Exchanges

Imperfects does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Returns must arrive back to Imperfects within 30 days of the initial order. To return any item(s), you must first contact Imperfects to receive a return authorization.

Items returned to Imperfects must be free of wear, wash, damage, odor, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Discounted items are final sale and are not subject to any return or exchange. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Original shipping costs are not able to be refunded.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Obtain Return Authorization: Please Contact Us to receive return authorization. Returns are authorized through email only. You must state whether you wish to exchange for a different size or return for store credit.
  2. Ship Authorized Returns: Returns must be received within 30 days of the initial order. You are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a service that allows you to track your package. 
  3. Receive Credit/Exchange: Upon arriving at Imperfects all items will be inspected for any signs of wear, wash, damage, odor, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. If the items are acceptable you will be contacted via email with information on the credit or exchange. Unacceptable items, including items shipped without authorization, will be returned to sender at sender's cost.
  4. If a customer wishes to return the items for store credit, the customer will be charged a restocking/handling fee of $10. All exchanges must be processed within the same week of receipt of returned merchandise.
