Growth Marketing Manager

Imperfects is looking for a highly-motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic human to lead growth marketing and conversion rate optimization for our portfolio’s pillar brand, Imperfects. Experience with digital-first brands, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are some key skills a candidate will need to be successful in this position.

In this cross functional role, your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving our conversion rates, working alongside internal departments from creative to production and leading external agency teams in our quest to grow our brand both nationally and internationally.

If you have a proven track record of driving growth, engagement, and conversion for digital first brands and you’re interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you.

Up to the task? Here’s a taste of the responsibilities:

Work with cross functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Imperfect’s revenue goals.

Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Manage social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and help drive content creation for these channels.

Manage SEO & SEM.

Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

This job might be for you if you’ve got:

5+ years experience in a growth marketing role for a retail / ecommerce brand, or for an digital agency with a range of clients.

Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.

Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Email Marketing (Omnisend, Mailchimp) Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems).

Proficient with Analytics.

Ability to prioritise resources and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in working with a global team is preferred.

Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.

Desire to be part of an organization that values teamwork and taking care of each other.

Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
