Domestic Orders $185 and over are eligible for Free Shipping!
Shipping on Domestic Orders under $185 is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Most orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Once Imperfects has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout to protect all shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
The receiver of the package outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs, and import duties by the destination government. Imperfects is not responsible for paying any of these extra taxes or duties. By purchasing from Imperfects, you are agreeing to pay all necessary import fees that may occur. All Imperfects orders shipping outside of the United States include shipping and import fees paid upfront. Due to the complexity and cost of shipping internationally and local taxes associated with such, we are unable to split shipments on any international orders. International orders containing items alongside presale products will be fulfilled at the time the presale items are available to ship. All Surf Craft products (including wetsuits), skate products, DJ Javier Collection, Mr. Lynch Collection garments and discounted products in our Last Chance Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and our customer service will notify you via email. No exchange or return will be issued. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Imperfects accepts returns for online orders. Imperfects does not offer refunds. We offer size charts, fit guidelines and photos to ensure customers are finding the right fit. Additionally, we accept in person returns and exchanges only at our flagship store in San Diego, CA. Visit us during operating hours and we'll take care of you.
For online orders, we offer returns for store credit. We do not offer credit for the original shipping price, and you're responsible to pay for return shipping.
Shipping costs paid on the original order, if any, will not be included in the store credit or exchange amount and customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

We ask that all customers utilize Imperfects' return portal where you may ship the return to us via a traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. Due to the intricacies of shipping and duties on international shipments, orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for return.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back in a prepaid package. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition along with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt. Please be mindful of our products and return them to us in a neatly folded state in the inner bag they were shipped in.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
Any unauthorized returns will be subjected to a $15 restocking fee taken from the total amount of the store credit issued. Please note Imperfects considers an unauthorized return any product that is sent without notice or is beyond the 14 day return window.
