About The Artist

Ali Filippelli is the artist behind Little Gray Studios. Her background is in archives and fine art collection management, as well as documentary photography. She has worked with art and artists since 2006. Ali grew up in a Swedish/American household in New York City, now she lives in Portland, Maine and has been making ceramics since 2019. Her art is influenced by a Scandinavian minimalist aesthetic, but also by nature. Her ceramic pieces reflect this - the bright blue patterns on white clay paired with organic hand built shapes.

Marketplace products fall under each brand's specific manufacturer limited warranties.

There are a few products we take specific heed in creating with extra care - should anything happen to your Imperfects goods - just send over an email and we will take care of the rest.

Imperfects does not issue refunds but we do offer free and easy exchanges! We are happy to exchange your product for a different size or color way. If you do not see a product that fits your needs at the time of exchange, we will offer you store credit on the total price of the product, excluding original shipping costs, if any. 

Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

For return shipments, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.

Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back in a prepaid package. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition along with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.

We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

Store credit will be issued within 7 business days.
