DOMESTIC ORDERS & SHIPPING
Imperfects offers Easy Flat Rate 2-Day Shipping on all orders. The Mr. Lynch Collection and all garments available on pre-order are eligible for Free Shipping.

Orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Once Imperfects has delivered your order to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
If you are shipping to a PO Box within the United States, your order will be routed with USPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
If you are shipping Imperfects products outside of the United States, you may be subject to taxes, duties, and import fees by the destination government. Imperfects is not responsible for paying these applicable taxes, duties or import fees. By purchasing from Imperfects, you are agreeing to pay all necessary import fees that may apply. All Imperfects orders shipping outside of the United States include shipping and all applicable import fees at Checkout. Please note, Imperfects is not liable for lost, stolen or tampered with shipments and once Imperfects has delivered your order to the designated carrier you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. Due to the complexity and cost of shipping internationally and local taxes associated with such, we are unable to split shipments on any international orders. International orders containing items alongside Pre-sale products will be fulfilled at the time the Pre-sale products are available to ship. All Surf Craft products, including wetsuits, Skate products, Collaboration Collections and discounted products in our Last Chance Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and our customer service team will notify you via email. No exchange or return will be issued. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
