DOMESTIC ORDERS & SHIPPING

Imperfects offers Flat Rate and Expedited Shipping on all orders.

Domestic Orders $175 and over are eligible for Free Shipping!

Domestic Orders under $175 have a standard $10 Flat Rate. Complete Skateboards have a $15 Flat Rate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
Imperfects uses UPS and DHL for most international orders, therefore all international shipping costs are designated at checkout. Customer is responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Imperfects is not responsible for fees charged by customs.


ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We do not issue refunds. We are happy to issue a store credit for a return or an exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items.

Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for exchange.

For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.

Exchanges/returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back in a prepaid package. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition along with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.

We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.

Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability.

Store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

ONLINE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We are happy to refund you a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 3 days of the markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further. Purchases made in store do not qualify for price adjustments. Please contact us with your order number for a price adjustment. 

FINAL SALE

All Surf Craft products (including wetsuits), skate products and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we receive a returned sale or final sale item, the package will be returned to you and our customer service will notify you via email. No exchange or return will be issued. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
