When will my order ship?

We try our best to have all orders shipped within 72 hours. All pre-sale items will ship according to the specified dates on their pages.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are able to ship internationally! All Imperfects orders shipping outside of the United States include shipping and import fees paid upfront.

Where are your surfboards made?

Our surfboards are handmade start to finish in the Imperfects Surf Factory in San Diego, CA

Where are your skateboards made? 

Our skateboards are made in San Diego, CA by one of the original skateboard manufacturers in the world.

Can I update or cancel my order?

Yes, we are able to cancel and refund orders within 24 hours of purchase and prior to shipping. Please email us at service@imperfects.me if you need to cancel or update your order.

What items do discount codes work on?

Imperfects only offers discounts of any kind on full priced Imperfects apparel and skateboard decks only. The Mr. Lynch Collection or any collaboration pieces are not eligible for any discounts. We ask that you enter any eligible discounts during the checkout process. We are unable to partially refund orders if the discount is not applied during checkout. If you do not happen to use a discount code on your purchase, it will remain valid until the time of your next purchase. Discount codes are only eligible for online purchases. Past discounts offered during promotional periods that have closed are not eligible for use on past or future orders.


Does Imperfects have a retail store I can visit?

Yes! Imperfects operates a retail store at Liberty Station in San Diego, CA. Our store’s address is 2750 Historic Decatur Rd, Suite 101, San Diego, CA 92106, and we are open Tuesday through Friday from 12pm-5pm and Saturday 11am - 4pm. Our Showroom is closed Sunday & Monday.
