Product Details

Hand cut from a Japanese Sashiko, this hat is an ode to blue-collar style. It gets its name from the Toyama Prefecture in Japan, where the 'cap' was apparently invented.

Sashiko, meaning "tiny stabs", originated in ancient Japan and is known as a functional embroidery. Sashiko patterns are traditionally done with white stitching on dark indigo and were originally used to mend and strengthen worker's clothing.

The soft brim on this cap allows you to wear it any way you'd like and can be tucked into the rear pocket of your jeans with ease. This run of hats was limited to 50 pieces.
